Hero Charged With Arson After Din’s Fire Debacle
Kakariko Village, Hyrule – The Hero of Time was charged with one count of arson today after engulfing the Kakariko Village Graveyard in flames. The incident happened while the legendary one was attempting to light torches which block entrance to the Shadow Temple. Link used Din’s Fire to accomplish this, and the flames from his technique quickly spread through the cemetery weeds.
“I said ‘Link, you need to go to the Shadow Temple.’” Sheik, a witness to the event, said. “I never said ‘Link, you need to spray fire in all directions’.” While Link was completing the Shadow Temple, locals frantically worked to stop the flames from reaching the nearby Windmill, Cucco Lady’s house, and other local landmarks.
“I’m just glad that it didn’t burn down this house we’ve been building for seven years.” Ichiro, a local carpenter, tells the Times.
The Hero pled guilty to the charge and agreed to attend a two hour seminar on fire prevention.
