The Need for Biggoron Accessible Housing

I know that feel.

Do you ever feel out of place, like you just don’t belong? That’s how I feel when I want to go to the rock market. I can’t even fit into hallway. I have to get another Goron to go in.

No one really knows when Goron City was built or who decided on the hallway size. But after talking Medigoron and the others, we think that it’s time to remodel. Gorons rarely grow to our statures, but they do. We’re not the first Gorons to be unable to do things like go buy groceries or our attend our son’s first Goron Roll-Race, and we won’t be the last. That is why I’m calling for the largest construction project in our nation’s history.

We live atop of a vast mountain, and there is no end to the earth below us. We are among the best – no, we are the best – rock-shapers in this world. Making the hallways big enough so that I or any other large-sized Goron can fit through will not take as long as it has been said.

It’s thought that the coming expansion of Death Mountain is all but a formality, but there are entrenched interests who want to hold off progress. They are afraid that their sale of goods like Bombs and Tunics will suffer at the expense of construction work. I feel a little greedy when I ask for something that will only benefit me and one other person, but I have to ask this: If not now, then when? Will we continue to let large-sized Gorons be excluded from our homes, communities, and lives?

I ask around for support, and I find a heartwarming response. Everyone wants me to be able to visit them whenever I please. Even if our proposal with the Goron council should fail, know that the support of my brothers really meant a lot me. If it passes the council by the end of the month, we should be done expanding by the time of next year’s Goron Roll-Race!
